Designer Manish Arora

Manish Arora is a Mumbai based designer who won the best student award in 1994, whilst studying at the National Institute of Fashion Technology in New Delhi, India. He is famously known as the ‘John Galliano of India’, having launched his own label ‘Manish Arora’ in the year 1997. Manish has collaborated with international brands including Swarovski, Walt Disney, Barbie, Reebok, Swatch, MAC Cosmetics, Nivea, Amrapali, and many more. His vast celebrity clientele includes the likes of Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry. Manish is amongst the few Indian fashion designers who have been part of the French fashion house – Paco Rabanne, where he was appointed the creative director in 2011.
