Ballerina and Actor Kseniya Lvovna Ryabinkina

Kseniya Lvovna Ryabinkina is a Soviet and Russian professional ballet dancer and character actor who has worked in both Russian and Hindi film. Her career as a ballerina launched in 1960s, when she upheld a post at the Moscow Bolishoi Theatre, and is still currently active within the industry.

In Bollywood, Kseniya most recognisable role was for her portrayal as “Marina”- the Russian trapeze artist and love interest of the male lead in the 1970’s class film ‘Mera Naam Joker' by Raj Kapoor. 

In 2009, she sequentially made her return to Bollywood with feature film ‘Chintuji’. Nowdays, Ryabinkina shares her craft by mentoring aspiring ballerinas and actors in Russia.
