British Actor Naveen William Sidney Andrews is recognised for his many roles such as Sayid Jarrah in the popular drama television series ‘Lost’, Kip Singh in the film ‘The English Patient’ and Sanjay in the 2002 remake of ‘Rollerball’. He attended the prestigious London’s Guildhall School of Music and Drama alongside the well-known Ewan McGregor and David Thewlis. Subsequently, in 1991 Andrew was selected for a role in Hanif Kureshi's film, ‘London Kills Me’. Andrews starred in the 1993 BBC mini-series ‘Buddha of Suburbia’. Furthermore went on to star in ‘Kama Sutra: A Tale of Love’ (1996), and ‘Mighty Joe Young’ (1998). For his on screen performance in the TV series ‘Lost’, Andrews was nominated for a Golden Globe in 2006, a Primetime Emmy Award in 2005 and received the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series in 2006.
Between the years 2015 to 2017, Andrew’s starred in the series ‘Sense8’ as Jonas for its two running seasons. In 2004, he starred alongside Bollywood royalty in the Bollywood film ‘Bride and Prejudice.’
